GO Tech: Brazilian Dive operators invest in Sidemount training and of renewal equipment

Last May, we had the first Sidemount class at By Fish training facility in Arraial do Cabo, a small town two hours driving from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and considered one of the best places to dive in the region.

This was the first step in continuing education effort to motivate divers and staff. The initiative was Silvo Couto MSDT Instructor, responsible for the school, with support from renowned brand of technical diving equipment Dive Rite, through the Tec Deep and Sidemount Instructor, Lincoln Baptista Páscoa and Tec Trimix and Sidemount Instructor, Eduardo Macedo.

The next steps will be Tec Deep and Tec Trimix courses using Sidemount configuration, with all school staff and some customers, also taught by instructors Lincoln and Eduardo.

By The Fish is completing the process of remodeling its infrastructure and professional training in recreational and technical diving. After end, By Fish will be fully capable and prepared with infrastructure and training for recreational and technical diving as well, becoming part of a small group of dive operators in Rio de Janeiro with this reliability.

If you need any further details about courses, dives or any advice on equipment for recreational or technical diving contact instructors:
